HOME WATCH - SERVICES
North County Home Watch inspections are tailored to your needs.
We offer weekly, monthly or bi-monthly home watch plans.
A minimum of two visits per month is recommended.
Our first visit will be within 24 hours after your departure to make sure everything is secure.

During each visit this is what North County Home Watch will do:

- default_titleCheck for proper operation of refrigerator and freezer

- default_titleCheck air handler
- default_titleCheck plumbing, shut off valves and drains for leaks
- default_titleFlush toilets and run faucets
- default_titleRun garbage disposal
- default_titleCheck hot water heater
- default_titleCheck phone for dial tone
- default_titleCheck vehicle tire pressure (visual)
- default_titleCheck battery charge on vehicles (if charger is in place)
- default_titleCheck pool for proper maintenance
- default_titleCheck pool pump
- default_titleCheck grounds for proper maintenance
- default_titleRemove any mail, door tags or flyers

* To assure there are no leaks and to shut water off after the cycle is complete, we must be at your home for the entire cycle. Therefore an extra charge would apply.
